The Inspiration
The theme for this litter was inspired by the inner and outer beauty of our precious Bo. Her outward appearance, conformation, movement, drive and outstanding personality will forever be her legacy and passed on to her offspring.
Beauty and movement is also recognized on the fashion runway. Thus, our names are based on runway models present and past.

The Experience
Bo's due date was October 4th, but she decided to be nice to us and have deliver in the evening on October 3rd.
As per usual with Bo, her temperature did not drop to indicate the onset of labour. Her temperature at 10:00 a.m. was 99.6 and at 2:30 it was 100.2 - both normal. Rather she was not interested in her breakfast that morning and preferred to rest quietly.
By 3:00 she was panting heavily and was peeing small quantities every 30 minutes. By 4:00 she began contracting and was pushing about 20 minutes apart. I called Mike at his office in Toronto and he took the first train home, but did not like he was going to arrive on time. Luckily for me, Bo's forever family was able to come over to assist. Jayne and Reagan arrived with a large coffee in hand around 5 ... just enough time for me to give them a crash course in their roles before the first puppy arrived at 6:47.
Special thanks as always to Mike and Jayne, Reagan and Dad for all your support.
